Terms of use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. Purpose
630motion.tv is the AI film studio of Medtra Inc. (Medtra Inc., 6500 Route Transcanadienne, bureau 400, Pointe-Claire (Québec) H9R 0A5, Canada). It presents films, series, behind the scenes content and tools published by Medtra, and a shop preview where nothing is for sale yet. By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. Account
Watching is free and does not require an account. Signing in uses your Medtra account, governed by the terms of medtra.ca. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Conduct
You agree not to disrupt the site or its servers, not to bypass its security measures, not to download or redistribute videos massively by automated means, and not to use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access to anyone who does not respect these rules.
4. Intellectual property
Videos, texts, the 630 Motion name and logo and the Medtra brands belong to Medtra Inc. or its licensors. You may watch them and share links to them for personal, non commercial use. Any other reproduction, modification or distribution requires our written permission.
5. Copyright notices
If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, write to privacy@medtra.ca with: your contact details, the work concerned, the address of the page, and a statement that you hold the rights. We will review the notice promptly and, if needed, remove the content. Notices may also be made under the notice and notice regime of the Canadian Copyright Act.
6. Early access membership
The merchant for memberships is Medtra Inc., which operates the platform (accounts, payments, data); 630 Motion Studio creates the videos. The early access membership costs the price shown on the offer page (5.99 USD per month or 49 USD per year at the time of writing; the equivalent in CAD is charged to Canadian cards). It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from My account or the Stripe customer portal; access stays open until the end of the period already paid, and no further charge is made. Membership gives access to the content marked “Members” while you are subscribed. Free episodes always remain available on YouTube. Payments are processed by Stripe; receipts and invoices are available in the customer portal. Your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act are not limited by these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Medtra Inc. is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall under the courts of the district of Montréal, subject to the rights of consumers to sue in their own district.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
